Chika Unigwe, Elnathan John, Abubakar Adam Ibrahim Make NLNG 2016 Shortlist

Nigeria Prize for Literature NLNG hs just announced the shortlist of 3 for the 2016 Nigeria prize for Literature. The shortlist has been approved by the Advisory Board for The Nigeria Prize for Literature sponsored by Nigeria LNG Limited.

Thisannouncement follows an initial shortlist of eleven which was released in July.

The three shortlisted entries, in alphabetic order, are:


Born on a Tuesday (Elnathan John),Night Dancer (Chika Unigwe) and Season of Crimson Blossoms (Abubakar Adam Ibrahim) Some may argue that the 2016 Shortlist is the strongest in recent times. May the best novelist win.
